Who we are
This website is run by em27code. You can reach us at hello@em27code.com about anything related to your data.
What we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, company and the details of your enquiry. The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we start working together, to prepare and carry out the agreement. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), (b) and (f)).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after 12 months. Project correspondence is kept as long as the law requires.
Who else sees it
Our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf, within the European Economic Area or under standard contractual clauses. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data, and object to processing. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Local storage
The site remembers your language choice and dismissed notices in your browser’s local storage. Nothing is sent to us.
